Coffee Creamer in England!

I live in England. So naturally, you can't find many of the delicacies most Americans take for granted—one of them being none other than (drumroll, please!) coffee creamer.

My fellow American friend living in the UK and I have recently been discussing making our own coffee creamers. It was kinda just something we talked about without actually doing...until today. I built up the courage to do some research. I was expecting to find recipes with a bajillion different ingredients that I'd never be able to find in England, but to my pleasant surprise, I found one that looks feasible!

Stay tuned, folks! If this comes out good, I will most definitely be sharing the recipe!

Sometimes, I feel like my blog needs a revamp. Other times, I just feel like giving up this whole blog thing. But I can't! I like blogging way too much to quit.

This blog was encouraging.

Maternity Pillow

I'm at week 18, day 4 of my pregnancy.

It's a wonder how uncomfortable I am when trying to sleep. Oh lordy, what am I going to do when I'm a bit bigger?! I'm thinking of purchasing a maternity pillow but I'm not sure what the best options out there are. I don't want to spend a fortune on one, and one that can be useful after baby is here would probably be the wisest investment.

Mommas out there, what do you think?

On a different note, check out http://ohjoy.blogs.com/my_weblog/2014/08/pregnancy.html! She's one of my favorite momma bloggers! :)

Some news!

Soooo, our news has been made public via facebook today.

WE'RE PREGNANT!!!!!!!

Craig and I couldn't be happier and we are so thankful for this blessing that God has given us! We went in yesterday and had our first ultrasound. We even saw the baby jump!! The sonographer said that our baby was showing off for us! It was so exciting and surreal that I started crying! Haha!

I've always secretly wanted to be one of those pregnancy bloggers. Ha! Maybe I'll do it, maybe not. We'll see! In the meantime, I figured I'd at least share our 3 pregnancy announcement photos with the blog world because I like them too much! :)

Calvary Chapel Birmingham Website Facelift

My church's website was a little bit outdated. I decided it was about time to give it a facelift so I spent a good part of the day yesterday working on it, and I'm pretty pleased with the outcome. Right now, we just have some filler pictures until we get our new ones, but the fillers aren't too bad!

What do you think??

I Will Follow

I Will Follow by Vertical Church Band

When the sea is calm and all is right
When I feel Your favor, flood my life
Even in the good, I'll follow You
Even in the good, I'll follow You

When the boat is tossed upon the waves
When I wonder if You'll keep me safe
Even in the storms, I'll follow You
Even in the storms, I'll follow You

{Chorus}
I believe everything that You say You are
I believe that I have seen Your unchanging heart
In the good things and in the hardest part
I believe and I will follow You
I believe and I will follow You

When I see the wicked prospering
When I feel I have no voice to sing
Even in the want, I'll follow You
Even in the want, I'll follow You

{Chorus}

When I find myself so far from home
And You lead me somewhere I don't wanna go
Even in my death, I'll follow You
Even in my death, I'll follow You

When I come to end this race I've run
And I receive the prize that Christ has won
I will be with You in Paradise
I will be with You in Paradise

{Chorus} x 2

A Crazy Summer

Every time summer gets close, I become really bad at keeping up with my blog. This summer in particular...cuz this summer is cuh-raaaazy.

First, Yvonne came to visit! It was incredible having a friend from the states here. We had so much fun! I took her to Cadbury World, we had a London day, we visited a castle, and we spent plenty of days in town. Here are a couple pics from her visit!

Craig finishes school this Friday and then our six week summer officially begins. We're going to kick off the holidays by spending a couple days in Gloucester with Mum and Dad. After that, a friend of Jevon is coming and staying with us.

After that is Creationfest.
After that, my friend Sera is coming to stay with us for a couple days.
After that, Craig and I are heading to London cuz my parents are coming!
After a couple days in London, we'll bring my parents back to Birmingham with us. They'll be here for two weeks.
After that, there's only about one week left of summer before Craig heads back to school.

My, how time flies!!

Although it's already looking like a crazy summer, I'm excited for it! It's going to be tons of fun! So many things are going on in life right now so crazy and busy is always welcome!
